Netlink is headquartered at 63/8 Concord St, Boolaroo — right in the middle of Lake Macquarie. From there our licensed crews cover the entire Newcastle metro, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock and Port Stephens as our core service area, plus the wider Hunter Valley on regular runs and select Central Coast projects on request.

Boolaroo is our home turf. Local jobs get same-day site walks, no travel loading and priority slots.
Newcastle, Lake Mac, Maitland, Cessnock & Port Stephens.
Our five core areas — no travel loading, regular weekly runs, and distinct local content per city (commercial CBD, residential Lake Mac, growth-corridor Maitland, rural Cessnock, coastal Port Stephens).
Upper Hunter — Singleton, Muswellbrook, Pokolbin.
Regular Hunter Valley crews with fixed regional pricing — mining, wineries and rural properties get proper commercial-grade infrastructure.
Central Coast — larger commercial only.
We take on scoped Central Coast commercial cabling, multi-site CCTV and site-camera-hire projects. We do not currently take small residential jobs on the Central Coast.

Hunter Valley (Singleton, Muswellbrook, Pokolbin, Scone) is covered on regular scheduled runs. Central Coast is available for scoped commercial projects.
Not to our core service area — Boolaroo, Newcastle, Lake Mac, Maitland, Cessnock and Port Stephens are all included in our standard pricing. Hunter Valley runs use a fixed regional pricing schedule, and Central Coast projects are priced per-scope.
Yes. Netlink holds NSW Master Security Licence M/L 00110958 for CCTV, alarms and intercoms. Every cabler is ACMA registered for Structured Cabling and/or Optical-Fibre. ABN 34 611 683 142 — fully insured and licensed.
For local Lake Mac and Newcastle jobs, we regularly slot in same-day or next-day. Standard bookings run within 3–5 business days. Urgent security or comms-down callouts are prioritised across all our service areas.
We probably still cover you. Suburbs listed here are the ones we service most often — but the wider Hunter and Central Coast are all covered on request. Send us your address on the booking form and we'll confirm same-day.
